So i accidentally did a Tech quest after having done several Nature ones. Is it still possible to gain more Nature alignment? I am already getting quests from Silverfall and Gaian so I dont know if i am too far in to turn this around.

No. You'll have plenty of opportunity to get a lot of nature points in the basic game, and a lot more in the EA expansion. There you'll have repeatable quests for both sides.
